This feature creates greater surface agitation allowing for a high oxygen exchange rate. The rotating feature also breaks down the surface film of dead bacteria which can inhibit oxygen exchange. The included Venturi aerating feature allows for even greater oxygen intake and includes 2” of airline tubing. The Powersweep should be fully submerged at all times.The water deflector rotates a full 360 degrees, allowing you to control the outflow of the oxygenated water. The Flow Control Knob will also allow you to control the outflow and decrease the rotation speed of the diffuser and quantity of air. The Powersweep is designed to fit all undergravel stems sizes from 3/4" to 1 1/8". The multi suction cup mount adjusts to all uplift tube positions. The ZooMed Powersweep also includes a prefilter assembly for added mechanical filtration.
