Instructions: 1. Unbuckle the Seat Belt Safety Loop. Slide safety Loop through the connection loop on the back of the car harness and around the seat belt chest strap. 2. Instructions: 1. Side the seat belt safety tether through the connection loop on the back of the car harness. 2. For full trange of backseat movement, buckle the two ends of the safety tether to the vehicle's left and right metal seat belt clips. For a smaller range of movement, attach the safety tether to the left or right seat belt clip and the center seat belt clip. Once buckled, adjust tether length as needed. 3.
