Olive is a heeler mix and as obsessive as that breed might suggest. She loves Frisbee and has always torn everything up in a matter of days... or hours. This Kong Flyer was a Christmas gift from grandma and has lasted 11 months of hard playing. We just have the first tear in the rubber and we'll be getting another. She loves this thing so much we have to "put it away" to give us a break. Because it is flexible she can play easier by herself too. She pushes it with her nose and then catches it too. Excellent product.

This is the best toy! Won't cut teeth as it's edges never wear out. Good for tug of war also. Love it!!!

This is the only frisbee my dog can not destroy. But we have lost 3 of them by people throwing them in our pond ,she loves to swim.

Sir Remington, a seven month old, sixty-five pound weimaraner will choose this toy over other toys every-time. The disc fly's well, is soft, has not damaged anything it has hit (like windows), and is easy to retrieve from my roof(lol). The only problem, is with Remi being able to chew this toy. I cannot allow the pup to be alone with the toy, it would be shredded. BUT, even with some damage, the disc continues to fly well. Would, I recommend this toy........... You betcha.

On April 9, 2011:
This toy keeps our black lab puppy busy AND exercised! She loves to chase it when we throw it and also to play "tug" with our Catahoula Leopard Hound. Definitely a good buy!

At least that's what my German Shepherd Dog Lucy thinks(I think), because she lives eats and breathes these things! She will gladly pass up food, treats or basically Anything, EXCEPT these Kong Flyers? So if she has run off chasing a rabbit, all I have to do is say Frizbee, and she stops dead in her tracks and 'flies' back! They are very heavy duty durable rubber too and aren't rigid like traditional discs, so they really FLY quite a ways! Awesome A++!

My dog loves fetching the flyer. He is a German Shepherd and he can destroy it over a period of time, but this toy will last longer than most.

My Malinois LOVES this toy and I am using it to teach him his commands. He is so focused when the Red Kong Flyer comes out. He gets to run hard and I can tire him out within twenty minutes. The BEST toy ever. Not indestructible but it will last a couple months of hard use.

Was looking for a STRONG DURABLE Frisbee for my sons Pit-bull, she loves playing with it! She poked holes in it her first time playing. She shakes it and it developed holes. LOVE Kong products, wish this one was stronger.

This Frisbee is the best for my dalmatian. She chews it, shakes it and sleeps w/ it & so far so good. This is her 2nd. The first lasted quite a while. If the quality is poor, she'll go through it in a day, we're going on a couple months, with every day use. I don't care for all Kong products but this one is a must for us! She's very pleased.

Our Golden, Heidi, has had this toy for almost 3 years and loves to play fetch with it. After all this time it has now fallen apart and all we have left is the outer circle.

My 10-month old lab is just discovering Frisbee, and of all the frisbees scattered around the yard, she loves her Kong the best. It flies level, and it is soft for her to catch. Unlike more rigid flyers, she has figured out how to bend it when she misses it in the air and lands on the ground, for easy pick up. The durability is definitely a plus. Much cheaper at Pet Mountain than at big box pet stores (less than 1/2 the price).

this is her first choice when it comes to playtime. i like it because of the way its made and the way it flies.

Our dog (just a medium mixed breed) would break or shred everything she got her teeth in until we got the KONG flyer. It saves on her teeth and cuts in her mouth. I recommend it.

have had my Kong Frisbee for 3+ years, and my lab/pit bull mix doggie has managed to only make teeth holes in it...but he is NOT a chewer...so your experiences might differ from mine.

On January 26, 2010:
I bought two for Pit Bull and Boxer Girls. The boxer is not the chewer in the family the Pit Bull is. And well it was in shreds in no time. She got hold of hers and chewed it and then chewed up her sisters. So it is not made for strong chewers at all. So don't buy this for that intention. We had fun with them though while we did have them it is a toy I have to keep up if I am going to have them lol :)
