Pet Mountain is a life-saver! My wife and I are being moved by the military to Japan. United Airlines has a VERY strict policy on the dimensions of carry-on pet carriers. My wife and I looked through all the normal searches (Amazon, PetCo, etc.) and none of them had carriers within the restrictions. Right before we gave up and rented one from United, we found the carrier on a random Google search at Pet Mountain! Not only did their website have the oddly shaped item, they also took payment through PayPal. The entire process was so easy and we now have the perfect carrier for our cat to travel in! I appreciate the way you do business here!!! Thank you so much!

When I needed to travel I was told these are the dimensions allowed to bring a pet on flight- Called Petco and they referred me to your website for this Carrier. So happy I listened; and now we can go on our Vacation together with our pets! Thanks PetMate!

We LOVE these carriers. We ship small birds in them and feel very comfortable using them because of their design and safety features!

This sort of weird, short carrier is perfect for traveling with cats and small dogs on airlines. The dimensions are accepted by all of the airlines I've looked at (those that allow in-cabin pets at all) and there is plenty of ventilation. Don't buy this if you only plan to use it around town or on car trips- get one of the more comfortable, taller carriers instead.
