Hagen Nutrafin Cycle Biological Aquarium Supplement Aquarium Bio Additives at Pet Mountain

On March 24, 2012:
I have just recently used Cycle on a 29Gal. freshwater tank. First I got the tank up and running. I added my first day`s dose as directed. Then I added 6 Zebra Danios. I dosed as directed on the bottle and did water changes [8gals] about ever 4 days. In 15 days the tank cycled. During that 15 days the ammonia never went over 1.5ppm and the nitrite never over 1.0ppm. On day 15 I added 5 Colombian Tetras. Continued to dose as directed. Two days later the ammonia was at .25ppm and nitrites barely measurable. On days 6 after adding the Tetras ammonia and nitrites was at 0ppm. Tomorrow, day 7, I`m going to add 3 or 4 Gouramis. I`m using a Penguin 350B. Great filter! Something to remember, made sure that you shake the bottle. I mean SHAKE IT! Also, check the date on the bottle. Made sure it has not expired. A great product. But, I would not add it to my aquarium and then add all of the fish. It still takes time for the cycle to complete. This stuff just speeds it up. Cuts the time in half or more.

I've been using Cycle for over 15 years and have found no other brand of biological supplement works better or faster to start new tanks and keep established tanks bio filter performing at peek. And, $8 less at PM than the local pet store chain

I have used Cycle for several years now and really like it. It helps get the good bacteria established after a water change. I think it's a great product.

I have been using cycle for a while now and think it is a great product. I rarely loose fish anymore since I have started using this product on a regular basis. I also find it very helpful when starting up a new tank as long as you follow the directions on the bottle and use it as it is recommended. It's a reasonably priced product too when you consider how it saves your fish. I would highly recommend it.

This product is Great! I have two water changes every week. Cycle puts the balance back in the water so I never have cloudy water.

I have used the petmountain service for about two years to purchase supplies for an aquarium. Their prices are fair and service is prompt.

On February 26, 2007:
I used this when I set up my 20 gallon and I used it on my already established 10 gallon and it really helped with the growth of bacteria. It's the only thing I've found that works so well. A definite must to keep fish alive longer, and healthier.

I paid $13.00 at my local fish stor for just an 8 oz bottle this is by far the best price!!!
