Tetra Whisper Power Filter PF60, 3, 4, Advanced PF 30-60 & Triad 3000 Impeller Assembly Aquarium Water Pump Impellers at Pet Mountain

On October 19, 2010:
I have had my 55 gal for several years. The Whisper filters [I have two in my 55 gal] have given me excellent service. But when I started using sand. It will get down inside the filter and wear out the rubber stopper on the impeller. Then start becoming very noisy and quite working properly so maybe sand isn't the way to go.

On August 18, 2010:
Whisper 30-60 water pump Model T-3 has begun making loud noise past 3 days. Purchased in 1995 with a 55 gallon aquarium. We have been pleased with its performance.
