On May 19, 2010:
I have not seen any hummingbirds as of yet, but I have a Baltimore Oriole that visits it several times a day. I take the bee guards off of two of the flowers to make it easier for him to have a sip.

My Michigan hummingbirds love this feeder as do the hummingbirds that visit my sister's feeders (she has three!) in California. The 8-oz capacity is perfect for keeping the nectar fresh. I am now purchasing one for my new granddaughter, Mia. I hope this feeder style is never discontinued!

On July 27, 2009:
I've tried other styles and my Hummers will only feed from this feeder. Please keep offering this style since I can no longer find them in retail stores.

I have been feeding hummers for 15 years. I have tried a variety of feeders. I always go back to this feeder. I now have 7 feeders of this style filled at all times. It's easy to fill & clean. Please continue to make this feeder. Thank you.

I have had several models of Perky-Pet hummingbird feeders and have found this model to be the best-of-the-best! Being a nature photographer, for clients including Audubon, I count on feeders to attract hummingbirds for photo shoots. Perky-Pet hummingbird feeders are so reliable that they have become part of my nature photography gear!

I've tried changing styles of feeders over the years but keep coming back to this one. I have 5 up now and I'm ordering 2 more -- the hummers go through some of the feeders in 2 days.

Have used the feeder for many years, but this year it developed a leak where the bottle screws into the flower feeders. The birds have missed it and they are looking for the feeder. They are still around on 9/9.

I have tried several different styles of hummingbird feeder over the years including others offered by Perky Pet..With several feeders available at the same location at the same time, the hummers choose this one almost every time.. This definitely is their favorite..

We have used this type feeder for years in Alabama, our hummers stay here all winter sometimes. It is the easiest to clean, the easiest to fill and looks good too. Do not waste your time with other brands, or other styles. Perky Pet is the way to go. Glass bottles also do not retain the odors, or mildew that plastic feeders seem to grow. In my opinion, Perky Pet glass feeders are the only feeders to buy!
