I have had my Fashion Pet carrier for many years. The front opening of the carrier was held open by a flimsy strip of plastic with snaps to secure it to the fabric; the plastic became brittle and broke into several pieces within just a couple months of my getting the carrier. (I stored the carrier indoors, and it did not receive heavy usage.) Also, the bottom tray slides out, which makes it easier to get a reluctant pet out of the carrier but when a pet is inside with the "door" open, it frequently slides forward enough that it is impossible to zip up the front panel; the only solution is to remove the pet from the carrier, slide the tray back in far enough (which is completely crammed against the back panel), and try to zip the panel. This has been very inconvenient and even dangerous at times when I needed to get the carrier closed immediately. I have been using the carrier without its' structural support, since that broke long ago, and it flops over onto my cat (making a replacement support would be very difficult due to the design or lack thereof). If they would change the material used to hold the carrier's shape, it would be a much better product. Otherwise it seems to be durable.

My cat blew out her ACL and had to have surgery. If you have ever tried to crate a cat for weeks you will love this carrier. I use it to carry her around the house with me so that she doesn't get quite so bored in her crate all the time. She is more content when with me having her near. So easy to transport her to the vets. She loves the softness of the carrier. So do I. Thank you for handling such a nice carrier. It is also the perfect size for a medium size cat.

We are traveling to Oklahoma for Christmas...We bought this bag on-line and we love it!!! Benjamin (our 3.5 lb. chihuahua) loves going out in it...we are taking him with us so its important that he is comfy...Plenty of room and a big pocket for his treats, water, and potty bags...ty for a great product!!!

We ordered 2 of these pet carriers for my mother-in-law. They arrived FAST and in perfect condition. They needed to be aired out to release the chemical smells from being in sealed packages. They were well-constructed, perfect for her needs, and much nicer than any we found locally...at half the price too!

Great for airline travel! My dog loved it!My dog was not at all uncomfortable and I didn't have to worry about his saftey while traveling with this great carrier.
