Kong Genius Genius Leo Toy Interactive Dog Toys at Pet Mountain

Keeps my 30 pound corgi entertained! Even when the treats are gone - he still likes to toss this toy in the air and play!

My German Shepherds really love the Kong Leo toys, with or without treats in them. They play for many hours with these toys.

On April 11, 2011:
We took in a dog who eats too quickly. I put his dry food in the Kong and he enjoys pushing and bouncing the food out. He now dances in the hallway before I leave for work knowing he will receive a Kong full of food as I head out the door. Thanks! I have tried other items designed to slow his eating with little progress compared to the Kong.

My golden retriever loves her Genius Mike and Genius Leo toys for their treats - I love them for their soft but very tough material, the fact I can stuff various sizes of treats in to the cavity and the two openings for the larger treats. Judy chews with contentment, interest and carries it with her every where she goes. I especially love the salmon treats that I did not purchase here but will in the future. Natural, small size and crumbles easily for use in these types of toys. Great product and durable, even for a strong or heavy chewer. Great service from Petmountain.com!

On March 2, 2011:
My puppy who has chewed through the couch, various magazines, a comforter, and many non-Kong toys LOVES the Leo. I break up pieces of dried chicken and put it in the toy and he plays all day and it looks as good as the day I bought it. My puppy is a power chewer and has yet to destroy ANY Kong toys. He takes this one and drops it on the floor to get the treats out (so smart my little one!)

On February 27, 2011:
I was not impressed with this toy. I decided to buy one because the basic red kong is the only toy my dog has yet to trash or take chunks out of. So with that i decided to pay $16 for this kong expecting it to last like the original kong. Well lets say this toy only lasted 10 min. There is hardly anything left to it. It is hard to find a toy but the original kong rubber was hardy and now it has changed and has become destructible. I was not happy that i paid so much and only lasted 10 min. Would like to see kong go back to the tougher rubber

On February 25, 2011:
Buy the Mike Genius instead. My labradoodle bit off large pieces of the "stem" on this toy within minutes! I attached it to the Mike toy but he eventually gets the Leo out and bites it. The design is ridiculously easy for a dog to bite right off and choke on.

The Genius Mike toy is great. But the Leo....my 40 lb. labradoodle bit pieces of the skinny end off within minutes! I now attached it to the Mike toy and he was able to pull the Leo out and chew on it again. Dangerous! This is not a well-though-out toy.

On February 1, 2011:
It needs large chunk food. The small puppy food falls right out. Iams does make large bite and I will be buying that soon. I'm sure he will love it.

On January 23, 2011:
I purchased this as well as the other Kong Genius toy and my 45 pound lab chewed through both of them within an hour. I think she may have eaten a piece of it. I would not recommend this toy to avid chewers. She did love it but I thought it was unsafe to leave her alone with it. Which was the reason it was bought so she would have something to do while we were at work.

On December 1, 2010:
My dog ate the top off of this toy in under ten minutes... He got the treats out that way does that still make him a genius?

On November 4, 2010:
We purchased the Kong Genius Leo Toy on a sale table. It is easy to pack with treats and it keeps our dog (yellow lab) busy for hours. However, he did manage to bite a chunk out of it. We had to buy another one. Couldn't find one like this in the store. Bought another Kong treat dispenser. Didn't like that one at all. The big hole in the bottom makes it difficult to keep the treats in the thing. I am ordering another Kong Genius Leo online. It is worth paying the freight.

On October 14, 2010:
The idea behind this toy is good. However, you have to have the right size treats for the size toy. Whatever fits in the small Genius Leo falls right out of the large one. And if the treats are too big, the dogs cannot get them out. But then again, maybe my dogs are not in the genius category :-) The good thing is that this in another great Kong product that will last a long time.

My dogs were destroying my house and as soon as I gave them this toy, they stopped! Great Product!!!!!
