Kong Stuff-A-Ball Dog Toys Dog Chew Toys at Pet Mountain

On March 22, 2013:
This is both of our dogs new favorite toy. It's squishy but pretty tough and resilient. They both want to "possess" it and will wrestle over ownership for hours. Since it deforms easily, it works very well for tug-o-war. Unfortunately, it no longer holds a biscuit because our lab immediately chewed the corners out of the + shaped hole and opened it up. However, since then he has not been able to remove any more material. They don't seem to need any food in it to hold their interest but if your dog did, some peanut butter worked down into the grooves will last quite a while.

On December 14, 2012:
This Kong has been perfect for my two Newfoundlands. They are not especially strong chewers even though they are very large dogs. They are mostly interested in getting the treats out of the ball and getting peanut butter out of the ridges on the outside. It keeps them busy. I recently bought 5 Kongs online: the dental kong, traditional, stuff'n ball, and 2 genius kongs. We haven't opened the genius's yet but out of the other three this one is by far the best.

I have worked with trainers and they suggested giving this to my pup. I have found this toy one the best choices you can purchase for you pet to keep them busy for hours. Dogs need to be kept busy and stuffing treats or even peanut butter in it works everytime. It's a challenge for them that they enjoy persuing. I rate this number one choice of any toy a consumer can purchase. They are hard rubber and washable if needed. It keeps dogs from chewing on my furniture and well worth the investment. They wouldn't be chewing it if it were used properly.

On February 1, 2011:
These are great for dogs who like a small challenge. They fit Charlee Bear treats perfectly and because the toy isn't round the dogs need to keep rolling, nudging or throwing to get the treats out. I've had 2 dogs who just love these.

On January 7, 2011:
I purchased the stuff-a-ball dog toy for my 11 month old chocolate lab. She loved it, but...It looked durable even for her--into chewing. After about 5 days, she had created a hole too big to put treats in. There are tiny pieces all over where she is constantly destroying it. I am very disappointed.
