Perfect, just what we needed!

On September 22, 2010:
I am very pleased with the Precision Pet 5000 42x27.5 crate pan replacement. It is much thicker and more flexible than the original pan that came with the crate. Easy to install too. My dog likes spend more time napping in her kennel now that she isn't falling through the floor!

On August 14, 2010:
I have looked at all the local stores to find a replacement pan, so I am thrilled to be able to purchase these. I love the crate, so have high expectations for the new and improved pan.

On August 5, 2010:
I bought the largest dog crate at my local WalMart. It cost $90. Within the first month, there was a long crack in the plastic flooring. I should have returned it. Now, it's in three long pieces and I need to replace it. If this is the "new and improved" flooring, why didn't the product have this to begin with? I have a 65 pound Black Lab, so it wasn't a weight problem. I'll replace the flooring with something more durable---but not something that costs another $30.

Much needed replacement trays were a Godsend! I run a pet rescue & the crates get used very hard.These trays hold up very well!! I'm back to order more!!

These pans are very durable.Excellent quality.They won't crack.Even with large active dogs.The techs were very helpful when I called for product info too.

On January 19, 2010:
Cage tray was heavier material construction than the original. Reinforcement ribs on the bottom corresponded with the cage wires adding further strength where the original tray failed. Higher tray flanges added additional strength & rigidity. Only drawback was the packaging. Two sheets of cardboard taped together did little to protect the product during shipping although there was no damage when received. When looking at the required shipping costs this was very disappointing. Product was well worth the price.
