Petmate Barnhome III Pet Shelter Dog Houses at Pet Mountain

On November 15, 2012:
I purchased this for the outdoor feral cat I feed, and put inside a Small Animal Heat Pad I purchased from Cozy Winters (it's durable and made for outdoor use like in rabbit hutches) and TomTom loves it. He is always in it at night now, when the cold weather begins, and it's size is just right to keep him warm and dry.

Just as advertised, the size of the Barnhome 3 is perfect for an outdoor feral cat (or 2). Well made and attractive and priced right!

On February 6, 2011:
The small Barnhome 3 arrived quickly and in good condition. It was just the size I wanted for a stray cat that had been coming around in the winter cold. Unfortunately it wasn't what the cat wanted! I am now using it with the top off, under a folding table, so the cat won't feel trapped with only one exit if a dog ventures by. I'm sure it will last many years and may eventually be used as intended.

We find these houses great in a kennel situation. Easy to clean. Light to move around.

On March 8, 2010:
I ordered the Pet Mate extra small dog house for my miniature dachshund. It is the perfect size for a dog this small.

On October 30, 2009:
An outside Kitty just recently adopted me and although she's still a little on the "wild side" I wanted her to be cozy and warm now that Winter is coming. I added a small dog bed inside and a couple of mushy blankets and she's in there all the time. Quick shipping and great quality !

I was so glad to find the extra small dog houses. My toy dogs love to snuggle in with a fuzzy pillow. The heavy size for the house indicated that the plastic provides good insulation and the house stays where I put it.
