My only complaint isn't about the product itself, it's more that it didn't come as advertised. I expected a tan/pomegranate crate, but it arrived pomegranate/black. Not really what Iwanted, but not reason enough to return it.

This is a very reliable product for this price.

Perfect kennel. I brought it along with my huge lab and went hunting with it, its easy to clean when it gets dirty, and keeps him dry when its rain out.

On September 5, 2007:
I used this crate (the medium one) for training my puppy. She didn't appear to like it. But now, months later, I will go home and find her sleeping in it all on her own! I will be ordering the next size as she has outgrown the medium sized one. The crate still looks brand new over a year later.

On October 20, 2006:
We have been using this for amost a year now. The carrier is tough enough to withstand some rough handling. It is ventilated on all sides and easy to wipe clean. Jack happily gets in whenever we say "kennel". We also recommend the snoozy crate bed for great fit and comfort.
