Grannicks Bitter Apple Dog Bitter Apple Pump Spray Dog Repellant at Pet Mountain

I discovered this through a puppy training class. My puppy chews on furniture, clothes, and even people. This is the only thing after a long list of things we've tried that has stopped him from chewing all of the above!

This product works great! I used it 13 years ago when training our new puppy and just searched the internet to find it after trying "bitter Yuck" on our newest puppy with no success. It didn't even slow him down. This product is amazing!

On September 19, 2010:
Bought this through my vet office. Got a pup that liked to chew on the side of the house. I sprayed this on the places I had repaired and painted, and I also sprinkled some cayenne pepper on top of it (this will blow away in windy weather though). It worked great, the dog did not bother the areas again and it is a natural spray that won't hurt your dog. I looked at other deterrants even through the landscape place and they all had warning labels for animals and humans. This contains natural bitter extracts, has no odor and it tastes really sour and bad to the dog. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a natural way to ward off chewing anywhere. You will have to reapply daily for a while and rain will wash it away.

I have used this product on all of our dogs. It worked really well with our very stubborn rotty pup. After one bottle he was trained and only had to hear a spray bottle and would stop to see what was going on. He lived 15yrs and was loved by everyone. Product is great!
