On October 9, 2012:
I had run out of filters for my dog's water fountain. Pet Mountain got them to me in just a few days. By the way, my standard poodle LOVES the fountain (she doesn't know it is supposed to be for cats). She drinks much more water since I got it.

Received the water fountain really FAST!!! I was able to set the display up easy, and both my cat and dog could drink fresh filtered water. The old one we had burned out due to improper cleaning supplies. I love the cost of everything.

Once Tiger became used to the sound (took a day or 2) he is always there. It is not as loud as I thought it would be. It is a great buy. Tiger and I both Give this a Paws Up Approval.

I have one dog and two cats that use the water fountain. I am having to replace the filter at least once a week. It was great to find these filters at almost 50% cheaper than at my regular source. My fur babies love the fountain and I like to keep it working well for them. Pet Mountain is allowing me to do this with all their great products for this fountain.

I was pleasantly surprised at how very quite this unit is! One of my cats is a bit afraid of it and won't drink out of it. My other cat is crazy about it!! It is so nice to have my sink back, now that she has her own fountain! So glad I bought it!
