Drinkwell 360 Stainless Steel Pet Fountain Electric Dog Waterers at Pet Mountain

On February 15, 2013:
I got this bowl for my cats who do not like to drink a lot of water. It was easy to put together, and the cats love it. At first they were constantly playing with the water, but I realized the 3-way pour valve did not leave them enough room to drink from the bowl without getting wet, so I changed it to the single pour valve and had no more cats batting at the water.

On January 14, 2013:
I bought the SS fountain because my old plastic one was hard to get clean. The new one is easier to clean and all five cats began using it from day one. I do find myself adding about two quarts of water to it every two days to compensate for usage and evaporation. It's much easier to clean and has met my expectations. All my cats seem to enjoy it and sometimes two or more will drink at the same time.

On October 10, 2012:
This fountain is much better than others we have used. Very simple to assemble and easy to clean. The other fountain (plastic) always seemed to have a build up of scum even though it was cleaned twice a week. Best of all our three cats love it and seem to drink more than they used to. I would advise any pet owner to purchase this unit for their pets.

On September 26, 2012:
We had the plastic version for several years and pump went out. We bought stainless one and are very happy. Seems easier to keep clean, works great and is quieter than old one.

On February 3, 2012:
I was kind of leary to purchase this product, especially as expensive as it was. Both my cats love the fountain and drink from it much more than from the bowl of water I used to leave out for them. I also know that the water is fresher and filtered.

On January 27, 2012:
I have always been a fan of Drinkwell. I own 2 fountains now 3 with the 360. Only major complaint is those black clips that hold the center filter compartment in place. They are impossible to remove to clean my fountain. Ive broken 2 and had to reorder them from Drinkwell. Customer Service at Drinkwell told me to turn the fountain upside down and push on the clips. It worked but I can't imagine someone with arthritis managing this. I went back to my old Drinkwell Platinum fountain to give the tips of my fingers a break. So thumbs up for the fountain thumbs down for those clips.

On December 19, 2011:
It was easy to put together, and clean. I could see the water filling line, while others said it was hard to see. I had no problem seeing the line. I clean it once a week, and the pump every two weeks, as the direction stated. I refill it with distilled water to save on the pump. I rince out the filter, and use again, I change the filter once a month to save on cost. My cats love it very much, they drink from the falling stream, and do not ask me to turn on the faucet anymore. chow can fall into the water if the chow bowel is too close. Overall I am happy with it, and recomend it to others.

On May 28, 2011:
I received my order promptly. My cat loves drinking from running water and I love the stainless steel. This Drinkwell 360 is very easy to clean and looks very cool.
