Merrick Lamb Training Treats Meaty Dog Treats at Pet Mountain

My Yorkie absolutely loves the lamb training treats. They are small so I don't feel like I am over indulging her but I know she is really enjoying the treat.

I have used several different treats during training, but these are absolutely the best. My dogs will do ANYTHING for these treats, which makes my job easy. They love the flavor and get very excited and attentive when they see them. Plus, they are easy to break into smaller pieces of you want, since you only want a tidbit when training. Pet Mountain has a great price on them, too. We will buy them here often.

These are my dog's favorite treats, and they're hard to find, so I was thrilled to see them here at a very good price. It's a great product. Unfortunately, my customer service experience was horrible, so I would be unlikely to order from this company again. I ordered stuff well in advance of when I needed it, but part of my order wasn't in stock, so without telling me, they held the rest of my order so long, I was put in a situation where I would have had to pay a HUGE expedited shipping fee or cancel. The treats were not only not in stock, but didn't come in by the later date they promised, and no one bothered to tell me this. Very poor communication, and I got hit with huge rush shipping fees because of this. Staff seemed confused and disorganized, and no one seems to take responsibility for orders. Very disappointing shopping experience.

On December 27, 2008:
I have a Long Hair German Shepherd. He is one of the pickiest eaters of snacks. He does not like dog biscuits, rawhide and most chew bones; But he LOVES these stinky cuts of Lamb. I give just a couple of them for a night time snack. He can smell them when we are ready to make Him work for them. The only other really great snack is a Kangaroo Jerky that is really stinky that Pet Mountain needs to get.
