My border collie mix is a disc fiend, but she's very particular about her toys. If she doesn't like the feel or weight of a disc, she just won't play. This is by far her favorite, and we've tried at least a dozen different kinds. I like it too -- it flies really well, and it's a lot more durable than many soft discs. It floats, rinses easily (important for beach play), and glows in the dark a little. My only complaint is that it's a little too wind-sensitive, but we work around that.

On July 10, 2012:
I play flying disk with my Australian Shepherd 30-45 minutes every day. The Sonic Disk flies really well and is easier on his teeth and mouth than a plastic disk. The 1st Booda Sonic Disk I purchased lasted over 4 months before it was worn out. Even the more expensive plastic flying discs would only last 3-4 weeks.

Outstanding customer service! I sent a request for product info and had a response within 2 hours (and after hours at that!) Received the shipment within three days - and the prices were almost half of what I'd found in other stores. These discs are close to indestructible and my large dogs love them. We have searched and searched for a disc that will work for our Border Collie who loves to play Frisbee. She has destroyed just about every disc on the market ... until now. Our dog loves to pinch discs to pick them up. This also puts divots in our lawn. So, we needed a disc that wouldn't allow the pinching. However, our little girl also loves to drop and pick up the disc to convince us to play with her. All previous discs could not withstand with practice. Booda has solved the problem! Our dog cannot pinch the in the center to pick it up. She cannot easily destroy it by dropping and picking it up repeatedly. The disc is super light and flies great! It is easy on the arm. Finally, a disc that works for our little OCD dog!
