Seachem Kanaplex Marine and Freshwater Medication

This product is a life saver, literally. Our fish showed the signs of Dropsy. This medication combined with a known system of helping the fish saved and cured our fish of the things causing the symptoms of dropsy. This is the only medication that is not hard on the organs of your fish with dropsy.

My cichlid had an infection. Not sure if it was columnaris. Used in conjunction with Furan 2 and the infection has cleared up within 5 days.

This medicine works well to kill fungi to my guppies. I'm regret to buy this medicine late, otherwise, it will safe more of my guppies life.

I was dealing with a particularly stubborn disease (columnaris aka "mouth fungus"), I'd tried 6 separate medications and lost 17 fish. This medicine, combined with nitrofurazone (which works against both gram positive and gram negative bacterias), is one of the better combinations for addressing bacterial diseases, and needs to be on hand for when fish get sick. This is one of the only medicines that is irreplaceable, meaning that I haven't found a better quality product containing the same medicine. I've shifted towards pharmaceutical grade medicines, dips, and salt in treating my fish, and this is a core weapon in my treatments. It binds to and helps fish to absorb nitrofurazone (which is not absorbed through their skin and addresses topical issues only when used alone, while kanaplex can be absorbed through the skin and gills) to address internal issues. It also helps combat fungal diseases, though I've not had to deal with any such issues yet. The time to order this is now, before your fish are sick, not after your fish are showing signs of illness. It's no fun frantically waiting for medicines not available locally to arrive by mail and desperately hoping that your fish hang on long enough. This should be one of the first medicines everyone purchases!

We have 13 fish tanks, 8 of them are 2 1/2 gallon tanks each with a betta, 29 gallon tropical tank, 10 gallon guppy/tetra tank, 10 gallon fry tank, 30 gallon goldfish tank, 5 gallon hospital tank...I love Kanaplex to treat bacterial and fungal illness in our fish..it's much better than a combo of maracyn and maracyn II...thanks seachem for a great product!
