The Saki-Hikari Fancy Goldfish Food reduces and reconditions waste thereby improving overall water quality, filter effectiveness and regularly scheduled maintenance. Pellets includes live (viable) microorganisms and is recommended as a daily diet for all types of premium grade or fancy goldfish, especially Ranchu.

Feeding Suggestions: Feed 2 to 4 times daily, the amount your fish will consume within a few minutes. Care should be taken to avoid over-feeding. Always remove any uneaten food after the feeding period to avoid water quality issues. When the water temperature is consistently below 10°C (50°F) or above 30°C (60°F), reduce the amount fed based on the activity level of your fish and condition of your aquarium. Note: The benefits of Saki-Hikari are only valid with continued, uninterrupted feeding.

My Ranchus love it!

I have 7 ranchus and 2 red cap oranda (5 juvies and 4 medium sized) and they all love this sinking pellet food. I also feed them hikari lionhead, freeze dried bloodworms and grean peas. Highly recommended!

The Best

Hikari makes a great fish food, and the Goldfish Sinking Baby Stick is the best I have found for my very large ornamentals, raised from babies on this food. It can be spendy, but ordering in bulk from Pet Mountain is the best price I've ever seen. The order is always received quickly with good packaging. Very happy with the food and Pet Mountain.

Great Goldfish Food!

I have three large fancy Goldfish I have had for over 10 years, and they love Hikari Fancy Goldfish food. I switched over to a locally made food for a while, and it made my tank brown. My fish didn't do as well, either. This is all I will feed them now.

Outstanding Goldfish food

All my Goldies love this food and I use it in combination with the TetraNature Algae Enhanced Gel Mix and it makes a great combo. These guys (Pet Mountain) had the best price. Great product great price.

My pigs love this food!

I have 2 very fat, piggy lion head/ranchu goldfish. This food they really love! It is great because it sinks...so no bloat problems! The pellets are nice and small for those of you who have baby fish. What boring color my fish have, this food has seemed to make them a little brighter!

Cures swim bladder disease

This food is great. I have a 2 year old fantail Goldfish that had a bad case of swim bladder disease. I tried to cure him with a varied diet, shelled peas, etc...nothing worked. He floated helplessly belly up for 2 weeks. After just 2 feelings with this food, he was cured. My goldfish love it!

8 year old Oranda

This food is one of 3 in my secret recipe for Splash, my 8 year old oranda! Splash is very large and was challenged with air bladder problems until I put this in her diet mix and the proof is in her age, outstanding health and happiness. Best Goldfish Food Avl

I have a 100 gallon tank with 8 different Orandas. All 8 Orandas are mature golf ball size. They have not grown for about a year. Since I started feeding them the new Hikari Saki purple bag, all of them have grown at least another inch within two months. The colors are brighter and fins and tails are wider. I would recommend this product to all Goldfish Lover.
