I have a very large Rottweiler. He has broken two retractable leashes for dogs over 100lbs so I was looking for a quality and very sturdy product. The extra large Flexi retractable leash for dogs up to 110 lbs was exactly what I needed. The quality construction is evident and the smoothness of the retraction is excellent. I also like the fact that the leash itself is about an inch wide and very heavy. I am very pleased with this purchase. I am so glad I found Pet Mountain online. The leashes at the chain pet stores like a competitor website website and a competitor website were not cutting it.Satisfied customer.

Great product - strong and reliable

I have a very active Gordon Setter who at times is not as well trained on a leash as she should be. This leash is just what we needed. It's sturdy; the leash strap is strong; the action of the release and retraction of the leash is smooth and reliable. It gives her room to stretch her legs while giving us the security that it will hold up to her sudden bursts of energy and not snap or break in the process. She is securely on her leash no matter how many squirrels she runs after and comes abruptly to the end of her 'tether.' This is our second Flexi leash (we couldn't wear out the first one that we had for 7 years; we lost it!)

As my dog is a runner, this is the perfect product for him. I selected the flexi giant xl even though my pup is 70 lbs. I'm glad that I chose it. He now has more freedom to explore, without him taking off. Yay for both of us!

A Great Leash

I have used other Retractable Dog Leashes but this one (Flexi Giant Soft Grip) is one of the better ones. It operates very smoothly when it releases and retracts and it also locks into place with ease. I would recommend it to anyone with a larger, stronger dog.
