The particular advantage of the Walk'n Train Head Halter is its unique on-off muzzle-closing effect: when the dog attempts to lunge forward or attack, his jaws are closed by the slip ring. When he is relaxed or friendly, he can pant easily and act just like a dog.

Better than Halti

Halti type collars are the only type collars I have found to be effective for running with a dog who pulls. That said, this Holt is better than Halti because it has a long cushion on the bridge over the nose and a clip to cinch it under the chin so the dog doesn't get the side of the collar in his mouth and chew it. These are very light weight and easily destroyed in seconds if they can chew them.

Didnt work for us

Purchased for my son's dog and I thought and still think it was 'our' solution but my son had something else in mind. I think it is an excellent product; it arrived quickly and well packaged and the item was exactly as described. The return process was very easy and the credit to my account came through a couple of days after they received the item unlike other companies that take 1 or 2 billing cycles. FANTASTIC

My dog is crazy when you put him on a leash. We got this and the first time we put it on him he didn't care for it in the beginning. However once i got him outside he actually WALKED no pulling just WALKED. I was so happy.

Great Product!

The Halti Head Collar helped the whole family enjoy walking our giant great dane that just was too strong for us to walk with a standard leash and collar. It was easy and fun to use and the dane would beg to put it on so she could go on trips with us.

I have been extremely pleased with the Halti. One of my dogs pulled very strongly on walks, making it very difficult for me to control him. This was a great solution - much more comfortable for him than a choke collar would have been. I am now buying a Halti for my other dog, who barks incessantly on walks. I hope that it will be as good for her as it has been for him!
