My Dog Trainer Recommends It!

I absolutley LOVE the Kong products! My puppy is a major power chewer and most toys don't even last the day after he gets a hold of them. But, the Kong toys have proven to be puppy tested tough and durable time after time!

WOW! TALK ABOUT TOUGH!

BE CAREFUL! I HAVE 2 GERMAN SHEPHERDS THAT LOVE TO PLAY AND PULL AND PULL HARD! IT'S VERY LIGHT ALMOST HARD TO BELIEVE THAT IT CAN TAKE SUCH ABUSE..I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN....IT'S A KONG!

Expected more..

I'm a huge fan of Kong toys, because they are durable and entertaining for the dog. This one was the only one that I was disappointed with. Maybe it's just the dog. It's a great concept. But the dog actually liked to chew the sides of the handles. She WILL chew it, so it's not a loss when it comes to value. But I was hoping for more of a tug-o-war with her. Might be great for other dogs. Maybe mine is still too much into chewing to appreciate a good tug-o-war :)

NOT AS TOUGH AND STRONG AS I EXPECTED

GREAT FOR A WHILE BUT MY BOXER WOULD PULL WITH ME AND NOW I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE THE BLACK PLASTIC BREAKS OFF AND EVENTUALLY THE WHOLE THING BROKE.

The plastic is tough, but the rubber handles are easily chewed to pieces. My dog (10-month-old lab) loves tug-of-war, but wasn't too excited about pulling against me with this toy; she mostly just wanted to chew on the weakest parts (the rubber).
