Feeding Instructions: Feed 2-3 times weekly as a high protein treat for your animals. With aquatic turtles, feed no more than they can consume in 5 minutes. For all box turtle types, simply mix in Zoo Meds Turtle Treat with their regular diet (mix in no more than 5 Turtle Treats to 95 regular diet).

Favorite Turtle Treat!

This is the only treat my slider turtle will eat and it's getting harder to find in stores. Pet Mountain always has it available for half the price of local pet stores! Shipping is very fast, too!

No insects, best for babies and juvenile turtles

Product details is incorrect, no insects as 100% freeze dried krill or "plankton" if sold as fish food as it is really small krill. Also too much powder from the occasional clumps so I sift it to save the powder for my small fishes. Too small and not worth the trouble to feed to larger turtles. So all of this product goes to my tropical fishes who love it. My 2 large RES turtles get the krill from other brands as end of meal treats.
