This cage is awesome! My pet gerbils LOVE it! It's not super big so you can't have it as a single home for your pet. But when it's connected to another cage it's great.

Just what I wanted.

I needed a cage that I could use for the white mouse that I found running around my back yard. This was the perfect cage, not expensive, and it seems secure enough, for I have two cats. The little mouse really enjoys the squirrel cage for exercise. It is also easy to disassemble for cleaning.

Not for mice!

I bought this along with two mice and they escape daily through the bars. The design of this cage doesn't make it very sturdy either. One of the side locks doesn't fasten but that doesn't affect it too much. I guess you get what you pay for.
