How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free Standard shipping on all orders with a sub-total over $75, even the BIG stuff! Orders under $75 pay a flat-rate of only $6.95 for Standard shipping. Your shipping charges will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.

How long does delivery take?

We offer fast 1-5 business day delivery across the United States. The first day in transit is the business day after your package is picked up from our fulfillment center. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Delivery via teleportation is still pending.

How is delivery time calculated?

Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time

• Warehouse Handling Time refers to the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse. Items are shipped within 1 business day. Our fulfillment center is processing orders 7 days a week and is picked up from our carriers Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 AM PST ship the next business day Monday-Friday.
  
• Shipping Time all shipments are tendered by FedEx and USPS for fast delivery within 1-5 business days.
  

We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or bad weather. If you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help — waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy. That said: In case of delays caused by a corgi apocalypse, you’re on your own.

Who will deliver my package?

To ensure fast and reliable deliveries across the United States we have partnered with USPS and FedEx. Your tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment for your convenience. FedEx tracking numbers are 12 digits long and USPS tracking numbers are 22 digits long.

How do I track my order?

You can track your packages at www.FedEx.com (12-digit tracking number) or www.USPS.com (22-digit long tracking number) for updated estimated delivery dates and package travel history details. Please allow up to 24 hours for your package travel history and estimated delivery date to display. You can also log in to your PetMountain.com account to check your order status at any time or call us at 1-888-373-8686 and we'll be happy to help.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Internationally, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
