This air stone works very well and it has nice little "feet" grippers to stay down in your substrate, and the benefit is that it has more surface area for bubbles. Wish I would have bought 2 more! Very nice bubble flow. I would recommend this to any other air stone.
I got the 12" for my 55G to go with my bubble wand they look great together in the background, my fish love running through it has a great output also.
Great for the price. Excellent for the fish. Had a few this one does the job & does it well. You can adjust the air flow. In order to allow the fish to swim freely with out fear.
It really rocks. Creates a wall of bubbles and creates a current. The water actually flows. Adds air to the water but gives the fish a hard time. They tend to stay away from it because of the current it creates.
I have used many air stones but find these the best. I've had in my tanks over a year working longer than any others I've used. Most I've used fall apart after a few months or just stop working, but these are still going strong.
