Ocean Nutrition Seaweed Select Green Marine Algae Customer Reviews
I have tropical fish--not saltwater, and wanted to try something different as a treat for them. So I ordered this marine algae along with a couple of clips to hold it to the glass, and after about 10 minutes my fish went for it, big time. Platies, Balloon Mollies, Rainbowfish, a Red Flag Cichlid, Kribensis and even a couple of guppies were tearing into it! Then I tried it in my female Betta tank, and a couple of them really went for it. I only give it once a week, and give tropical food (frozen, freeze dried, flakes and pellets) the rest of the time. But I was really surprised at how eager they were for it, once they got a taste. Oh, also, my red cherry shrimp and dwarf crayfish were munching on it. I'll keep this in stock for sure!
I haven't tried it with everyone yet, but they ghost shrimp, apple snails and pond snail tank LOVES this stuff. the garlic smell is odd, but it if helps palatibility and immunity... go for it!
Just tried it with my cherry shrimp too, they were clammering all over my hands as i was clipping it to their veggie clip lol guess that's a good sign! and i was feeding one of my apple snails by hand, she was happy as a clam/snail lol
fish love it
