I own several whispers, the impellers seem to wear out after 6 or so months (noisy, flow, etc). I found this to be the cheapest store to order from when buying more than one.The shipping is fast, no complaints.I recommend this part from this store!
It would be nice if you used priority mail , its fast and very reasonable priced it took till the 5th of January to get my order
I have had my 55 gal for several years. The Whisper filters [I have two in my 55 gal] have given me excellent service. But when I started using sand. It will get down inside the filter and wear out the rubber stopper on the impeller. Then start becoming very noisy and quite working properly so maybe sand isn't the way to go.
The price and product is excellent, and the shipping was timely.
Whisper 30-60 water pump Model T-3 has begun making loud noise past 3 days. Purchased in 1995 with a 55 gallon aquarium. We have been pleased with its performance.
