Sentry Good Behavior Calming Pheromone Cat Collar Anxiety Relief for Cats at Pet Mountain

On February 24, 2013:
I have used this on three cats, all for different issues. I found that it works best for the cat who was fearful. She, almost immediately, was more relaxed and comfortable. Previously she would only go out on our screened lanai to walk around, check things out or lie around, but once she had the calming collar on, she actually took a long, long nap out there!! What terrific results for her!!

On March 4, 2012:
I have a kitten with a lot of anxiety problems and the more he has worn the collar the calmer he has become. The only problem is the collar smells horrible. It's so bad it gives me a headache. Works great for calming but the smell might not be worth it.

On December 14, 2011:
First, you should know this product has a strong smell that is rather odd, not so awful that I would opt not to use it, but if I had my druthers, I would druther it NOT! It's probably that smell that makes the product work. In my case, we use the collar on a rescue kitty, who started spraying when we brought another cat into our home. We were skeptical about the collar's claims, but desperate, and overjoyed when the spraying totally stopped! Also, you should know the effectiveness of the collar is about 4-5 weeks.

On September 29, 2011:
I actually did not expect this to work. We have a multiple cat household of rescues, and have a three yr. Old neutered male we have had since he was a kitten, who was aggressive to two of our older cats. He has been treated with all forms of medications, even hormones with very little difference in his behavior.
This collar changed that within a few hours of wearing it. He prefers to cuddle with these older cats now (they remain suspicious of his motives).

On August 23, 2011:
Our male cat started spraying for the 1st time in 5 years after the neighbors acquired a new adult male cat. This collar actually stopped the spraying! He is so calm and happy. Just wish I could find something similar for my husband ;-)

On February 8, 2011:
These work well on 2 out of 3 of our "problem" cats. We have 8 cats, the house is large but with winter keeping the cats housebound the 3 dominant females have started getting cabin fever. The collars calmed the aggression on two of them and the house is overall much calmer. Good investment for peace in the house.
