Since farm-raised live grasshoppers are not sold, Flukers Freeze-Dried Grasshoppers are an excellent alternative. Use them in combination with Flukers other freeze-dried foods to create a highly nutritious and diverse prey diet while reducing the risk of a life-threatening illness that can accompany limited diets. Recommended For Bearded Dragons, Blue-Tongued Skinks, Monitors, Box Turtles, Aquatic Turtles, and Tegus. Also good for birds and hedgehogs.
Directions: Feed 2-5 grasshoppers per meal, depending on size and species. For smaller reptiles, break grasshoppers into small pieces. Freeze-dried grasshoppers should be offered with other food items appropriate for your pet to diversify its diet and reduce the likelihood of nutritional disease.
