KONG Easy Treat Liver Recipe

Pet Mountain always provides service in a timely manner unless they can not get a product from a manufacturer. Kong Stuffn' is our dogs bedtime treat and has been for 8-10 years. They look for that before Pepperoni Pups and Beggin' Strips. They clean out their Kong and then anything else. The price is very reasonable if bought in 24 8oz cans. That is enough to get free shipping. Works out to less than half of retail.

The first time we used a Kong was for my dog that was over 10 years old, when she became indoor only. We used different flavored sprays in the beginning, but peanut butter was clearly her favorite, so we used human peanut butter because it was cheaper and easier. After she passed, and we rescued a new dog to enter our family, we were flying blind. I 'd never met a dog before her that didn 't like peanut butter! However, she loves the liver and pepperoni flavors. We use it as her bedtime treat in her crate. Every night, as we lock the house and turn off the lights, she waits on the stairs with a andlsquo;hurry up ' look. The moment we head for the stairs she sprints into her crate. Perfect! While the pepperoni can flaked out with it only half empty, the liver ones last quite some time. For the last couple of years I 've bought 4-6 cans at a time on PetMountain, as they ALWAYS have the best price, making it well worth stocking up.

This kong product is my dog's favorite for his twice a day medicine and to fill his kong. He only likes the liver flavor and this is the best price I have ever found for the liver flavor!

Because my labradoodle drools when I even pick up the can to squeeze into his Kong bone. I don't give it to him every day as I'm not sure how healthy it is for him (he has a weak stomach). But I figured the Kong brand should be a little better than some of the other squeeze treats out there.

This stuff is wonderful to spice up your current toys that might not be the current favorite. Inspires renewed chewing and play for a bored dog. Beware though if you have a smart dog keep this can up high. My spunky pup has figured out how to use pressure cans and will drain any can she can find. ;o)

My Siberian Husky loves this Kong Stuff'N. She loves that we put treats and food in her Kong, then freeze it, and give it to her, in the morning, when we leave for work.

My fur kid loves his Stuff'NReal Peanut Butter Kong. He gets it in his Kong ball every night after his dinner (it is his dessert). The price is very reasonable.

I use a medium size kong and I freeze it overnight. In the evening my dog gets his treat and loves it. Freezing it does make his lickin time longer!

When my boxer sees me get the tin out to put into his Kong he gets so excited waiting for me to finish filling it with treats. He doesn't stop licking the Kong until every last bit is gone. He loves it..! He has on one occasion stolen the can when I left the cupboard open.

The value of this product depends upon how you use it and how much it appeals to your dog. This stuff will distract my dog from ANYTHING. I put a Kong liver snap treat in the Kong toy first, then fill in the spaces with the liver paste. I freeze it for a few hours to a few weeks--until I want to give it to my dog. Shes terrified of thunderstorms, and will keep us up. This frozen treat will keep her occupied and happy so that we can go back to sleep. I wouldnt buy it for everyday use, but for occasional use, it can be worth it.
