Wonderful feature not shown in photo

I have several of these Precision crates, and the quality is superior. I wanted to get the feature that some of mine had, which was the ability to close the door, by lifting the door, pushing it in, and letting it drop. The photo does not show the wire that allows this, BUT the crate came with them! Even the customer service gal at Precision said they didn't! Also the pan is the best. Sturdy, not textured to hold the soil.

What a find!

I originally purchased a 5000 series at our local feed store, it was an emergency situation and I had no other choice but I do feral cat TNR and needed another crate. I was so happy with the quality, the extra hooks at the tops and bottoms of the doors that keep it in place after releasing the security latch and the smooth, flexible crate pan. So easy to clean and sanitize. This is not a heavy duty crate by any means but it works well for holding feral cats and is light enough for me to be able to stack two high. I was so thrilled with the price at Pet Mountain that after I received the first two I ordered I purchased two more.

Perfect

Very well made. It is the first I have seen with a latch to hold it in the folded position. I really like the double latch on the doors.

Great little crate for a small chihuahua

My little chihuahua loves this crate and does not need to be encouraged to use it. Seems it's her favorite place to be in the home, other than feeding time or on my lap!

Good value

Given the price, I was expecting less quality. I already had a great crate but needed one with a side door to use in the car only. This is perfect.

Better than expected!

i didn't have very high expectations for this crate at first but with all the amazing reviews I decided to give a try and boy am I glad I did! This crate not only looks nice but it very durable and light weight! My 3 month old puppy was crying all through the night in her other kennel but the first night she was in here she slept through the night. It's an amazing crate and I will definitely purchase another one through pet mountain again!
