Pride Pet Doors Deluxe Pet Door is constructed of extruded aluminum with a frame including a locking cover track for both sides of the door or wall.

The flap is a heavy, black rubber that is particularly durable. They also have permanent magnets to keep the flap closed which eliminates drafts or dust. Designed with a sturdy extruded aluminum frame with an anti-corrosion anodized silver finish. A rigid hardboard security panel slips easily into guides on the inside or the outside of the frame door to lock pet inside or outside, and for added security. Can be installed on doors or walls. Note: Some installations may require framing to fill in gaps between walls

With five sizable rescue dogs in my house, the doggy door gets a serious daily workout. Bought a Pride Deluxe Pet Door from Pet Mountain to replace one that had seen its last swing. The door arrived quickly and fit into the space like a glove. It's good quality, sold at a fair price and shipped free at Pet Mountain.

Really Good Dog Door

After much online and in store research for a dog door which wasn't the type you just attach to a sliding glass door, I found Pet Pride to be the best dog door. Well made. I could have bought it directly from the manufacturer which is close to where I live, but I would have had to pay full retail. Pet Mountain has the best price for this product.

Wish I had found this sooner!

As it could of saved me from wasting my time and money by not buying and trying every other style of dog door that failed not long after struggling with the install. I have 3 Australian Shepherds and 2 Miniature Schnauzers that can put a dog door through "heck" and have it destroyed in no time, but this one has held up to everything they have done to it so far, full run hits, 2 dogs going out at same time, laying through the door to keep watch of the back yard, etc .. Very good dog door

Pride doors are very good and they have replacement rubber doors and parts when needed. I am having a new house built and ordered a new door for the builder to install, my old one is over 20 years old and its still good.
