Tetra HT Submersible Aquarium Heater

This is my second Tetra HT, good design, excellent value and no complaints. I have spent much more and been disappointed, these are good for small to med size tanks. 100w works good on my 36gal, no need to spend $40 or $50 for a good heater.

Got this for my 2.5 gal planted Minibow aquarium. Keeps the water at a steady 78 degrees and fits well. My betta fish couldn't be happier :)

This heater is easy to use and inexpensive. No adjustments needed, you can mount it horizontal or vertical. I've only been using it for about a month so far but for the price, even if it lasts a year and I need a new one, I'd say it's a great deal.

I've had this tetra 50watt submersible heater for my 10 gallon tank for a couple weeks and it's been doing exactly what it says it will. It keeps the tank at a stable 78. It has a tiny green light to show that the temp is 78. When the tank goes to 77, the light turns red the heater is on and working to heat the water back up to 78. I sort of wish I would have bought an adjustable heater though, because I've been reading that certain species like a slightly cooler tank, or that when you treat for certain diseases you should bump your temp up a couple degrees. But all in all, I'm happy with the heater and the worry free stable temperature.

I bought an HT10 a few weeks ago as I set up our new 55 gallon freshwater tank and a 5.5 gallon QT for support. Obviously, I use the HT10 in the 5.5 gallon QT that I am using to add new fish for the big tank and this heater could not work any better. Green light when temp is good, red light when heating. Keeps the tank at 77-degrees. It would probably be 78-degrees (as advertised) except I have the heater and thermometer on opposite ends of the tank. PERFECT!

This heater is great, it automatically detects when it needs to be used. It's obvious when it's in use, as the light changes color (green or red). You pretty much place it, and forget about it. It hasn't given me any problems since I introduced it to my 5 gallon tank.

This Plug and Play heater is just like it's smaller cousins which I have used on my three 10 gallon tanks. My neighbor brought over a 25 gallon tank for me to care for this winter. I really like the 'green' light feature. No more guessing or checking the thermometer, just takes a glance.

This little heater is great for my 5 gallon fish tank. It keeps my tank at a constant 78 degrees F and is a great heater for the price.
