The 12" Hood includes a reflector and screw-type socket for reptile heat or UVB bulbs, and fits all 12" wide Zoo Med Naturalistic Terrariums (NT-1 and NT-2). The 18" Hood includes a reflector and 2 screw-type sockets for reptile heat and/or UVB bulbs, and fits all 18" wide Zoo Med Naturalistic Terrariums (NT-3 and NT-4).

Great Product

Was just what I was looking for only $13.98, was $34.00 at the pet store near here. Works great

Two Sockets but not evenly spaced

This is a decent unit at a good price my only gripes are that its sockets are obviously made to fit the manufacturers bulbs. You can however fit a compact florescent on one side and a low wattage standard socket bulb on the other but definitely will not fit two florescent sized bulbs or any type of mercury vapor etc, Another slight peeve is that the first couple hours of running the plastic smells like its burning off of it, even at 1/2 the wattage limit.
